When ordinary concrete won't do the job

Congested reinforcement, long hauls, hot afternoons, exposed finishes, each has a mix designed for it. Send the specification or the problem and we'll design to it.

Self-compacting concrete
Flows and consolidates under its own weight with no vibration, filling congested reinforcement completely.

Steel or polypropylene fibres distributed through the mix to resist shrinkage cracking and improve toughness.

The concrete still has to reach the form

Most concrete problems are logistics problems. Our mixers and pumps are our own, so haul time, slump retention and pour sequence are planned together rather than negotiated on the day.

Transit mixers

What the lab does for your site

Mix design
Trial mixes prepared and tested to your specified strength, exposure and workability, with documentation for consultant approval.
Cube testing
Sampling, casting, curing and crushing at NABL-accredited laboratories, with results tied to your batch slips.
Material testing
Aggregate gradation, silt content, admixture compatibility and cement testing before a mix goes into production.
Site support
Advice on slump, placement rate, curing and joint layout before the pour rather than after the problem.
Make in India
Cement, aggregate, admixture and labour, all sourced and employed in Maharashtra. Every cubic metre we batch is made in India.
How to order

Four steps to a booked pour

Send the requirement
Grade, quantity, pour date and site location. Drawings help but aren't essential.

Get a rate
A firm per-cum rate with pumping and haulage stated separately, usually the same day.

Confirm the slot
We block the plant capacity and mixer sequence against your pour time.
04
Pour and document
Concrete arrives with challans and batch slips; cube results follow at 7 and 28 days.

Asked on most sites

What is the minimum quantity for ready-mix?

Around 3 cum is where ready-mix starts making sense, since a transit mixer has to travel either way. We do supply smaller loads for home builders where the site is close to the plant, ask and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.

How long does concrete stay workable?

Ordinarily 90 to 120 minutes from batching, depending on temperature and admixture dosage. We plan the mix around your haul distance so it arrives at the slump you need, and we do not add water at site.

Can you match a consultant's mix design?

Yes. Send the specification and we'll produce trial mixes, test them and submit the results for approval before production starts.

Do you supply on Sundays and at night?

Yes, with notice. Large rafts and mats are usually poured overnight and we schedule the mixer sequence for it.

Who is responsible if cubes fail?

We are, for the concrete we batched. Results are recorded against batch and challan numbers, so any failure can be traced to a specific load rather than argued about.

Do you also supply the aggregate and precast separately?

Yes, aggregates and RCC precast products are separate divisions on the same account, so one order and one invoice can cover the whole material list.
